Molly R. Burke Schultz

Associate Attorney

Molly graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa with her undergraduate degree in Political Science and minor in philosophy from the University of North Dakota in 2015. While on campus, she was an active member of the university community, serving as a student and university senator and President of her sorority.  She also worked in the Dean of Students’ office throughout school, interned for a U.S. Senator, and worked as a student lobbyist for a semester.

Between undergraduate and law school, Molly spent a year working on faculty, accreditation, and curriculum issues in a University Provost’s office. In 2016, Molly moved to Colorado to attend law school. While at the University of Denver, Molly participated in the workplace law program and worked as an Academic Achievement Program Student Leader for Civil Procedure.  She also received the Provost’s Scholarship in Law for Academic Excellence, Sam and Freida David Endowed Scholarship for Academic Merit, and Scholastic Excellence Award for highest grade in corporate drafting. Throughout school, Molly externed for a non-profit, university, private firm, the EEOC, and two city attorney offices.

Molly received her law degree with public good distinction from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in May of 2019 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in November 2019. Molly was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Sharon Holbrook in Adams County District Court prior to joining the firm in September 2020, where her practice focuses on civil rights and governmental entity law.

While not in the office, Molly enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and spending time with her husband and mini goldendoodle, Hank.
