Nathan Dumm and Mayer, P.C.
NDM is a civil defense law firm practicing insurance defense litigation. Since its inception in 1973, the firm has provided quality legal representation to its clients.
The Firm’s attorneys are accomplished in a diverse range of legal matters, including representing governmental entities, defending civil rights claims and defending all types of personal injury claims. They have extensive experience in employment law counsel, construction defense litigation, and workers’ compensation defense.
The firm, after winning partial summary judgment in an employment case, proceeded to trial on the remaining claim in Salazar v. Commerce City and achieved a jury verdict in the Defendants’ favor. The Plaintiff raised numerous claims under the First and Fourteenth Amendments, as well as claims under Title VII. Andrew Nathan and Marni Nathan Kloster successfully persuaded both the trial court and the jury that the Defendants had fully complied with the Constitution and applicable anti-discrimination statutes. In September 2013, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the lower court’s judgment.
