After winning partial summary judgment in another employment case, Andrew Nathan and Marni Nathan Kloster prevailed in a jury trial in the City’s favor in Guara v. City of Trinidad. Plaintiff raised claims of harassment, discrimination and retaliation and was ultimately unsuccessful in all respects.
