Governmental Entity Cases

Meisner, Bernard Woessner successfully defended members of the Rifle Police and Public Works departments in U.S. District Court against claims of false arrest, false imprisonment and defamation, obtaining a summary judgment and an attorney fees award in excess of $200,000.00. Employment Cases
